Hello friends!

Hope you all had a chance to attend the Microsoft Inspire 2022, Day – 1 today!

It started with a number of announcements from Satya Nadella – the CEO and executive chairman of Microsoft. There are a number of new announcements for partner organizations.

Day 1 Notes

The general theme of event was around innovation and power of Microsoft Azure that empowers organizations and communities to do more with less using Microsoft Azure echo system products with partner solutions.

It was announced that Microsoft has more than 400,000 partners who employ more than 22 million people around the world. Partner programs reflect a commitment to shared success. And the theme of event continued to be “Together with our partners, we can achieve more.”

Microsoft Cloud for Sovereignty

One of the notable announcements of the vent is “Microsoft Cloud for Sovereignty”. It is a new solution that will enable public sector customers to build and digitally transform workloads in the Microsoft Cloud while meeting their compliance, security and policy requirements.

It arrives with the following differentiator features:
Data residency
Sovereign controls
Sovereign Landing Zone
Governance and transparency
Expertise

Looks like our blog is doing pretty well on all categories. Although most users are visiting from the US and India, there are blog readers from all over the world. 

And of course there is not much activity, as i was on a summer break during July and beginning of August
